I've seen carp about half that size, and they were suppose to be the biggest they get. It looks like he's in part of the Seine, actually. I don't think such a creature lives in that river. I say . . .
I'm not going for it - It looks like one of my brothers grungy friends at Lake Arbuckle. Is he standing in an oil spill?
