I pieced together an octagon and cut it in different sizes Friday. I think I'm going to be piecing together shapes to make something, I still have no real idea of what I'm making. I'm just gonna go with the flow. By the way this is completely out of my comfort zone to attempt something abstract, I guess a challenge is always good.

Thanks. I used the band saw to cut the octagon and it was much easier than I had anticipated. If I can avoid the table saw, I WILL!
