Sarah Sze

I really enjoy looking a Sarah Sze's work. I could just get lost in it. She uses everyday objects such as light bulbs, tape measures, fans, cotton and much much more. She uses it in a way that is inspiring with space. Its so whimsical and full of fantasy.
She is also so inspiring to me, personally, because she can just create such intricate, magnificent and amazing things out of nothing. She seems to be able to look at a space and just magically fill it. But not just fill it, give it a no boundries life...no boundries life that only she saw and now all can see it and interpret it how they see or hear fit. It is very hard for me to be able to do this.
It is almost like she transforms random thoughts into coherent sentences. Here is a youtube video of the way she words her works. The person asking the questions is kind of hard to understand

  1. I liked her comment: experimenting is always on the edge of failure. I feel like that constantly - in a good way
