This is a tough one, but I'm thinking Antony Gormly.
Eep! It's actually not, but you're very close. I had to look it up again because I'd forgotten and some of his stuff is pretty similar.
This one single piece is similar to Gormley, but that's it. This artist doesn't work with the figure.
Can't believe I didn't know this earlier, it's Andy Goldsworthy. 0;)
